7/13/2008 – At 12:21am, Sussex County EOC alerted Station 79 (Gumboro), Station 88 (Selbyville) and Wicomico Staton 8 (Willards) to a reported structure fire on Bethel Rd. southeast of Gumboro. The house located a 1/4mile north of the Maryland/Delaware line was fully engulfed upon arrival. Crews maintained control of the fire for approximately 35minutes pending arrival of fire marshall. Tanker 8 was diverted to Station 79 for standby.
