8/6/2012 – At approximately 4:55 PM Talbot Center dispatched Station 50 (Cordova), Station 60 (Easton), Station 80 (Queen Anne-Hillsboro) and Paramedic 90 for a structure fire at 10790 Three Bridge Branch Road.
Officer 501 (L. Larmore) arrived on location, reported heavy smoke showing and established command. The crew from Engine 54 made an interior attack and was able to keep the fire contained to the attic. After a quick knock on the blaze additional crews assisted with ventilation and extensive overhaul. Caroline County Station 400 (Ridgely) was also dispatched to the scene to assist.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshall’s Office and Red Cross was requested to assist the displaced family.
