1/26/2012 – At approximately 3:40 PM Queen Anne’s County dispatched Station 4 (Goodwill), Talbot County Station 80 (Queen Anne-Hillsboro) and Caroline County Station 400 (Ridgely) for a working house fire at 108 Chriss Drive.
Officer 306 (J. Lewis) arrived on location and reported heavy fire in the garage of the structure. Chief 4 (N. Powell) arrived and established “Chriss Drive” command. Crews make a quick knock on the blaze and were able to keep it contained to the garage; however the entire structure suffered severe smoke damage. Units remained on the scene for approximately 1 ½ hours for overhaul and ventilation.
