4/24/2009 – At 8:25 PM Talbot Center dispatched Station 80 (Queen Anne-Hillsboro) and Paramedic 90 for a 10-50 PI on Shore Highway (Rt. 404) in the area of Fox Meadow Road. Paramedic 80 arrived on location and reported three vehicles involved with one overturned. Rescue 84 arrived and Officer 811 (B. Hopkins) established “Shore Highway” command. Upon arrival of Chief 80 Officer 802 (C. McNeal) assumed command. After patient assessment, aviation was requested and one patient was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. All other patients were transported to Memorial Hospital at Easton. The accident is being investigated by the Maryland State Police.
