06/23/2014 – On Monday June, 23 2014 at 5:14PM, Wicomico Central alerted Salisbury Fire Department of an accident with rescue on Parker Rd. Units arrived on location to find a single vehicle accident with one person trapped in the vehicle. EMS personnel started patient care while firefighters went to work on the removal of the patient. Extraction took just over 30 minutes and one patient was transported to PRMC. Parker Rd. was shut down during the incident.
The cause of the accident is under investigation by the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Dept.
