8/24/2013 – At approximately 11am Wicomico Central alerted Salisbury Fire Dept. of a accident with rescue at the intersection of Rt50 and Main St. Emergency crews arrived to find a 3 vehicle accident with at least one patient trapped. There were a total of 8 patients in the accident. An additional EMS crew was called from Parsonsburg to assist with the patients. Standy EMS crews were called in from Hebron and Fruitland to help cover the city while Salisbury’s units were tied up.
