1/27/2013 – Caroline dispatched Station 600 (Greensboro), Station 400 (Ridgely), Station 700 (Goldsboro) and Station 300 (Denton) for a house fire at 317 Sunset Avenue. Units arrived on location to find a 2 story wood framed structure with heavy smoke showing. The fire was contained to the attic and crews were able to put a quick knock on the blaze. Officer 617 (Fletch Gowen) had the command.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshall’s Office.
