7/5/2012 – At approximately 6:30 AM Talbot Center dispatched Station 80 (Queen Anne-Hillsboro) and Paramedic 90 for a 10-50 PI on Alt. 404 in the area of Main Street. Units arrived on location to find one vehicle that had missed the turn in the roadway and ended up on top of a concrete wall. The lone occupant of the vehicle refused treatment at the scene.
