5/26/2012 – Queen Anne’s County dispatched Talbot County Station 80 (Queen Anne-Hillsboro) and Paramedic 400 for a subject thrown from a horse on Crouse Mill Road at the Tuckahoe State Park. Units arrived on location to find a male patient suffering from a neck injury and requested Aviation. He was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.
