3/30/2012 – At 10:20 AM Caroline dispatched Station 600 (Greensboro), Station 700 (Goldsboro), Paramedic 16, Paramedic 17 and Ambulance 392 for an MVC reported serious with entrapment at the intersection of Whiteleysburg Road and Kibler Road.
Units arrived on location to find two vehicles involved. Firefighter B. Dilworth established command and requested Aviation. Engine 703 handled the LZ for Trooper 6 and Trooper 1. Two patients were transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.
The cause of the accident is being investigated by the Maryland State Police.
