1/24/2012 – Around 17:10, Kent Center dispatched Stations 45 (Clayton), 43 (Cheswold), and 51 (Hartly) for a house fire in the unit block of Braxton Terrace in the Heritage Trace Development. Crews had the fire under control in about 30 minutes, but a family pet succumbed to smoke. The incident is under investigation by the Delaware State Fire Marshals Office.
