12/3/2010 – At approximately 8:00 AM Queen Anne’s County dispatched Station 4 (Goodwill) for an MVC with ejection on Route 213 near John Brown Road. Paramedic 40 arrived on location to find one vehicle in the wood and one patient partially ejected.
Rescue 4 arrived on location and Officer 405 (J. Keil) established command. Once crews extricated the subject from the wreckage he was packaged for transport to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore by Trooper 6.
The accident was discovered by a Delmarva Power Line Crew and is believed to have happened in the middle of the night. The Maryland State Police are investigating the accident.
