10/17/2010 – Around 2PM Seaford Center Alerted Station 87 Seaford, and Station 71 Blades of a structure fire on Woodland Ferry Rd. in the area of the Woodland Ferry. Once on scene command advised for an extra tanker and Station 72 Bridgeville was alerted. Once patient was reported to be inside the house and firefighters were able to remove the occupant. Units from Caroline Station 100 Federalsburg, and Station 81 Laurel were also called to assist with the fire and standby. Firefighters were on scene for approx 4.5 hours.
