8/15/2010 – At 12:59am Sussex County EOC alerted Station 81 (Laurel), Station 74 (Delmar) and Wicomico Station 14 (Sharptown) to a reported house fire at 515 Center St. Laurel’s Engine 81-2 arrived on scene to find smoke showing and it’s crew made an agressive attack through the front door. Sharptown’s crew arrived and went to work on the 2nd floor. Delmar’s crew was assigned roof ventilation. The fire is believed suspicious and the Delaware State Fire Marshal’s office is investigating.
