7/20/2010 – Incident 1 (Nighttime) – Around 9:20pm on Wed. July 14, Station 74 (Delmar) was alerted to a MVC with injuries on Line Rd, near Pepperbox Rd. Crews arrived to find a Cadillac deVille off the roadway into a ditch. The driver was complaining of neck and back pain. It is believed he was intoxicated, and charges are pending.
Incident 2 (Daytime) – Around 4pm on Tues. July 20, Station 74 (Delmar) was alerted to a 2 car MVC at the intersection of Dagsboro Rd. and N. Salisbury Blvd. Crews arrived to find a white Chevy Tahoe SUV and a blue Ford Taurus had collided. Delmar Paramedic B-74 transported the elderly female driver of the Taurus. The driver of the Tahoe refused treatment at the scene. Southbound US13 was diverted around the crash for about 40 minutes.
