5/24/2010 – At approximately 5:30 PM Talbot Center dispatched Station 50 (Cordova) and Paramedic 90 for an ATV accident at a residence on Councell Road. Units arrived on location to find one patient that had been thrown from the ATV while jumping a small hill and Officer 502 (B. Messix) established command. Due to his injuries, the patient was transported by Trooper 6 to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.
Units on scene: Engine 51, Engine 54, Ambulance 50, Paramedic 90, Engine 65, Trooper 6 and Talbot Sheriff Dept.
