3/26/2010 – Around 6PM Wicomco Central alerted stations 14 Sharptown, 9 Mardela, and 5 Hebron of a structure fire at the old JV Wells Property on San Domingo Rd, outside of Sharptown. Firefighters arrived on scene to find the old Shop/Parts building fully invovled. Extra tankers were called in from Station 81 Laurel, 74 Delmar, and Dorchester 61 Linkwood due to the lack of water availabity. Fire crews were on scene untill approximately 9:30PM. The Maryland State Fire Marshalls office is investigating the cause of the fire.
