3/7/2010 – Shortly after noon, Talbot County Station 80 and Paramedic 90 were dispatched for a 10-50 PI with entrapment on west bound Ocean Gateway (Rt. 50) approximately 1 mile east of the Route 404 intersection. Chief 80 (T. Unruh) arrived on location, reported one vehicle off the roadway with the driver still inside and established “Ocean Gateway” command. Rescue 84 arrived on location and the crew preformed a quick door pop for patient extrication. The driver was the only occupant of the vehicle and refused treatment.
