11/2/2009 – At 7:46am Sussex County EOC alerted Station 74 to an MVC with injuries at the intersection of Dorothy Rd and US13. A Chevy Tahoe and a Chevy work truck collided. The work truck continued into an electric pole, nearly breaking it off. The driver of the Tahoe was transported to PRMC. Crews remained on scene for over 90 minutes for traffic control while Carey’s towing and Delmarva Power worked on stablizing the pole and removing the vehicles.
