9/24/2009 – On 9-24-09 the Delmar Fire Department was alerted for a vehicle fire on Patton Rd south of town. On arrival Engine 74-3 found a abandoned car fully involved. Crews put a 1 ¾ inch foam line in service. The fire was under control within 5 minutes.
The Wicomico County Sheriff Office & Maryland State Police were on scene. The car was reportedly stolen from the Salisbury area earlier.
