6/14/2009 – On 6-14-09 the Delmar Fire Department was alerted for an accident with injuries on Dagsboro Rd. A few minutes later it was upgraded to a rescue. 74-15 (S Johnson) arrived on location to find a Ford F250 on with heavy damage after coming in contact with two trees and established Dagsboro Rd Command. Rescue 74 arrived on scene and began to stabilize the truck. Crews removed the driver’s side rear door to remove the driver. She was loaded into an awaiting ambulance and transported to PRMC for treatment.
Dagsboro Road was shut down for 30 minutes during the alarm.
