12/5/2008 – At 5:15pm Station 2 was alerted for MVC with Rollover, on the US13 Bypass Northbound, east of the Centre at Salisbury. Paramedic 2 arrived to find single car into a tree with patient out of the vehicle sitting the shoulder. Engine 2-10 arrived to clear limbs off the vehicle for tow company. Earlier in the day, at 11:15am, Stations 2 & 16 were alerted to a MVC with Rescue at the corner of Northwood Dr and N. Salisbury Blvd. Truck 2 arrived on scene to find the driver of a Nissan Pathfinder trapped in her vehicle after being pinned by a Salisbury Public Works vehicle. The crews from Rescue 16 and Paramedic 16 assisted in patient removal to Paramedic 2 for transport. (FITHP Photographers Billy Adkins & Cliff Shockley)
