9/25/2008 – At 01:38 hours, Wicomico Central alerted Stations 16, 2 and 1 to a structure fire at 229 Broad St. An additional call came into central advising it was a law office and fire fully involved. The first Salisbury unit on scene confirmed heavy fire from Side A, two story commerical structure. The crews immediately went into defense mode to protect nearby structures in this densely occupied block. The state fire marshal’s office is investigating the cause of the fire. Additional details about the fire and units responding will be posted soon.
